Very Good in terms of location

Location - at a walkable distance to Roma Termini and metro/bus stations. Even walk to city center is not that far. Friendly and helpful staff

Difficult to find out the property as just the number was written outside and to find out the accommodation name , one had to go inside the building. But the staff came outside to help us and navigate to the destination Due to some electrical issues, power was out for around 2 hours but the staff provided us a temporary emergency lamp .

Clean and practical

Clean room, clean bathroom. Peaceful neighborhood and yet, close to metro station and bars around. Convinient to have such a sleeping space in town, as simple as that.

Good

The location is amazing, staff is helpful, rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms also have plastic curtains you can close during the night for a completely dark room which helps to sleep in when you want to (also slightly helps with street noise) :)

Wifi in the room is absolutely terrible- slow, weak connection and disconnects every ~15min. I thought that in lobby I would get a better connection but my devices weren't even able to detect the network from lobby. The toilet in the bathroom had water running constantly which made a non-stop annoying sound. Streets are also quite noisy.

The staff were very friendly and provided us with a lovely room last minute. Everything was great and we were also able to leave our luggage during the day. Great recommendation for travelers who want to stay close to Roma Termini.

Not that bad, not great either

Great location: short walking distance to Roma Termini but also close to the city center. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was overall clean and had the basic necessities: mini fridge, 1 bottle of water per day, hair dryer.

The mattress and pillows were not the best (and by that I mean: the mattress was soft and dented and the pillows were too big). As much as I appreciated having hot running water…I still missed the cold water in the shower. This means that you could not adjust the temperature of the water while taking a shower, so you either move fast or you come out looking like a lobster. As far as noise from the street: it’s Rome, it’s noisy as it can get; so either bring earplugs or just try to get used to it :)

Thank you very much , we had a good time.

We have ended up in this place by accident, but I am very happy we did. While it was not the original plan to stay here , everything about it was pleasurable. The Rooms are very clean, although basic, the location (close to the train station) is great, we travel with small children, there are bars and restaurants and parks with playgrounds nearby and the children had a blast. The Staff was extremely nice, helpful , forthcoming and offered every bit of help you could ask for. The Area around the Hotel, it felt very safe.

As is with all Structures , Wifi could be better at times, although it works for the most part.

Очень хорошо

Хорошая комнатка , милый дизайн , достаточно чисто. На ресепшен встречает гостеприимный молодой человек. Расположение удобное , совсем недалеко от вокзала. Но , на мой взгляд, цена дороговата , все-таки это не отель с завтраком .

«С нашим объектом проживания все было супер»

Очень приветливый персонал, в комнатах число и приятный ремонт,близко к вокзалу так как мы приехали и уезжали ночью

Возможно не хватало геля для душа в душевой кабине. Но это не критично.

«чистота,уют, удобное месторасположение, приятный персонал»

очень удобное месторасположение, до многих достопримечательностей пешком ходили, кафе и рестораны буквально за углом. номер был чистый, уютный , постель и полотенца свежайшие. на ресепшен очень приятный персонал, все подскажут и помогут, по просьбе заселили раньше бесплатно.

«Второй раз я бы здесь не остановилась, за эти деньги были варианты получше.»

Расположение хорошее, до основных достопримечательностей 20/30 минут пешком. Также понравилась чистота в номере, мальчик который убирал номер очень приветливый и культурный, каждый день в номере убирались, за чистоту оценка супер.

Непонравилось то что мы забронировали трёх местный номер, двуспальная кровать и односпальная, по факту оказалась одна двуспальная, в итоге нам предложили детскую кроватку, но принесли совсем не то, это была просто подушка для лежания детская. В номере не работал холодильник, это было важно потому что нужно было туда ставить молоко ребёнку, потом нам дали нужный переходник для холодильника но он всё равно не работал. Потом у нас увидели тарелку в номере и сказали что в комнате есть нельзя, а только на кухне, а на кухне всего один столик на 4 человека общий, на все номера, и когда ты выходишь чтобы поесть и там занято , то это твои проблемы. По поводу кухни, очень маленькая на такое количество номеров, нужно ждать очередь. Вообщем если вы планируете там только ночевать то этот объект подходит. По поводу завтрака, у нас в бронировании был указан автоматически завтрак, по приезду нам сказали что не будет, только если доплатим за завтрак, в итоге мы не питались в объекте . И вай Фай очень очень плохой на 3 из 10, даже обычное видео из ютуба грузится долго. И ещё очень сильная слышимость, звукоизоляция отсутствует, слышно все что происходит в соседних номерах, и проезжающие машины. И непонравилось то что с нас взяли деньги за трёхместный номер, а предоставили двухместный, и это точно, так как при бронировании двухместных небыли доступно, только трехместные

«никому не рекомендую!!!»

Самый ужасный отдых, которые создали массу негативных последствий! по приезду нам не понравился отель. Фото не соответствую действительности! Плесень на стенах, отваливается душ, лежала чья-то одноразовая использованная маска, которую при уборке забыли убрать… И прочие «радости». С нас взяли наличные деньги, чек не пробили, документы никакие не подписали. Мы обратились, чтобы их вернуть! Долго спорили, но деньги вернули и сразу вечером выгнали на улицу с детьми! Дорогостоящие лекарства для детей, которые мы забыли, нам не вернули! После того, как нас выгнали, с нас списали отданные наличные деньги с карты!!! Итог: ужасные условия, услуга не оказана, безо всяких документов списали деньги без основной! Сейчас обращаемся в контролирующие органы для проверки этой ситуации.Такие объекты на букинге не должны быть!!!
